Tonino went to the university in his home country, Chile, and studied maths. At the end of his last year he spent half a year in Italy where he took courses in Politecnico da Milano.

After finishing his master thesis, he started teaching in several universities in Chile for 12 years, and then moved to Prague with his partner who is the mother of his two children, Agata and Diana.

Tonino enjoys teaching in every level. Since he moved here, he has taught in kindergarten and all levels up to tutoring university students; his approach to the students supporting them to cover the lack of knowledge and helping them to learn new concepts at the same time as he shows them how math is not complicated and there nothing to be scared of, is one of his biggest qualities.

Tonino loves traveling with his family and spending time with them, also playing Paddle and bicycle riding.
